Can't use Outlook after running CCleaner

I've run the ccleaner tool and now I get the following when I try to open my Outlook inbox:

"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Shared Outlook\Personal Folders Shared.pst."

Seems something has been deleted that shouldn't have been deleted.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Problem Child-

Hi and welcome to the forums! :)

That doesn't sound like a situation where deleting a file would have caused that. I've never heard of a situation like that. I don't think user permissions are controlled by files that CCleaner would delete.

Maybe a registry key got fixed that shouldn't have?

A forum search should reveal other Outlook issues "supposedly caused by CCleaner." Since I don't use Outlook I can't verify what people have claimed CCleaner has done to it.
