I imported bookmarks from Internet Explorer. Now I cannot turn off the bookmark bar in CCleaner Browser. I've tried Ctrl + Shift + B, going to Settings > Appearance > Show bookmark bar, and I've tried right clicking on the Bookmarks bar and selecting the Show bookmarks bar toggle. The only time they go off is when I open the Bookmarks manager but as soon as I exit that they come back on.
