The Alpha 0x100000030 message is due to not being able to connect to the licence server to activate the key.
It may just be a server issue, in which case then as it says try again later.
Sunday is a popular day for doing server maintenance, etc.
However I would also check if connction to "avcdn.net" may be being blocked by Defender or any other security software that you may have installed as well.
(eg Malwarebytes can run alongside Defender, as can browser security add-ons, adblockers, etc.).
I say that because the last time we saw an ALPHA (0x10000003) being thrown for a CCleaner registration it was being caused by a temporary error in 'EasyList' which is an open source list of adservers (and similar sites) provided to many security companies/softwares.
For some reason "avcdn.net" had been added to that list. It's a Content Delivery Network not an Adserver so it shouldn't have been on the list.
It was fairly quickly removed from EasyList again but in the time that it was there some security softwares had picked up that version of EasyList and kept using it.
So they were blocking connection to avcdn.net until their next update.
