Recovered two files (pix) from Sandisk 2 gb, listed excellent condition. size ~4 mb. Saved to hard drive, microsoft picture manager or Windows picture and fax viewer unable to open. file format is jpeg. "No preview available"
Cannot open pix, am I doing something wrong?
