Hello,
I’ve noticed there has been a platform change, but:
- My password no longer works. I am sure it is right because it’s stored in a password manager.
- I can login via “Email me a login link”.
- I can’t change the password, because the old password doesn’t work.
- I can’t request for a password reset link, because I think there is an IP restriction for my location.
In essence, I can use the forum via the Email link now, but I can’t use any new security options related to the new platform because my password doesn’t work.
Is there a way I can get the password reset link to work?
ps: The admins may want to rethink how they import the old passwords into the new platform.
