Hello,
My computer runs Windows XP and I use Ccleaner for years now.
I want to update my free version of Ccleaner to the latest one but I always have a download error. On Chrome as well as on Firefox.
I use Avast antivirus and I can see that the download files are in "quarantaine".
Does anybody know what happens and how to solve this problem ?
Thanks for your reply and for your help,

hi slachette
I use Avast antivirus and I can see that the download files are in "quarantaine".
deactivate your avast only for the download and then reactivate it.
if problems with install --> try rename the ccleaner.exe to blaba.exe or so or try the portable version

Just download and install the slim build then no need to turn off your anti-virus.

Hello,
I tried the slim version but met the same problem.
I deactivated Avast and could download the normal version.
Thanks to all for your help,
Slachette
