Cant cancel CCleaner trial

I tried using my link to cancel my CCleaner trial but no matter how many links are generated it will not let me cancel, would it be possible for this to be fixed? The support sites are also down with it saying the DNS is not found so I sent an email through Cleverbridge's customer support, any help would greatly appreciated.

There has been an issue with the licensing server that we are told has now been fixed.

I'd give it another try now.

If you are still having no luck then you will need to contact support and request that they cancel your subscription.

With all due respect, Mr. Moderator, that is B.S. Making it hard to cancel a subscription suggests a less than ethical company.

With all due respect I am a user like yourself, not a company employee.

I am aware of the current shortcomings with cancelling a subscription and my advice is what you need to do, it's your choice whether to take it or ignore it.
