Do you mean in the cloud clean sectoon. Or are you having trouble with google drive after running one of ccleaner’s tools.

You really didn’t answer what section of ccleaner you ran a scan. Healthcheck? Custom Clean? Software updater? Cloud Clean? etc.
A scan wouldn’t do this; did you run the tool (from answer to question above)
