Cannot stop Monitoring

I have CCleaner Free 5.60.7307 64bit. NOT portable.

Just again anew installed (after remove) from site download.

At start of Windows (10 Home) it comes up with the CCleaner window.

I switched 'startup with..' off. And all other 'Off' that can be switched Off :-)

Now:

says: To switch off Active Monitoring,

  1. Open CCleaner, then click Options > Monitoring

BUT:

THERE IS NO 'MONITORING' in my 'Options'!

"Monitoring" has had a name change to "Smart Cleaning".

Some (most? ) of the documentation could do with a good update. We are told that it is in hand.
