Hello
CC v5 26 5937 with W7
I possibly want to set up some regular cleaning on FF. However I cannot see firefox listed in applications along with Google and IE
to allow me to do this?
Is there a way for CC to 'recognise' Firefox so I can then go into advanced and set up the daily routine?

G'day piri and welcome,
IE and Edge appear in the Windows tab of CC while Firefox and Chrome appear on the Applications tab.
what version of Firefox do you have installed? You aren't using a portable build of FF are you?

Hello MTA
Thanks for your reply.
FF version - 51 0 1 (32 bit) and shows up to date.
I wonder if this is the prob as CCleaner is 64 bit?
FF is installed on W7 not running from USB or disk.
Can't see Edge in windows tab of CC either.

Edge is only available on Windows 10 - so you shouldn't see that.
Is your Win7 32 or 64bit?
if you run ccleaner.exe and it detects you have a 64bit capable OS, it should auto-start ccleaner64.exe
so do you see FF listed on the Application tab?
if not, have you tried uninstalling FF, rebooting, and reinstalling it?
Perhaps uninstalling CCleaner, and then downloading and reinstalling it can fix its ability to detect your browsers.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I have 64 bit windows 7. Cannot see FF on applications tab.
I will reboot, reload FF and CC, and see what happens.

Is your FF profile in the default location, or did you customize during installation
I'm using CCCleaner Pro v5.31.6105 (64-bit) on Windows 10 and was experiencing the same problem. Options > Users. When selecting specific users, FireFox is not displayed on the Cleaner > Applications tab. Selecting either Current User Only, or All Users enables FireFox. I hope this helps.
