Cannot restore license

I uninstalled CCleaner yesterday because the app was malfunctioning and reinstalled it but I couldn't restore the 1 year license I had purchased.

There are a number of reports of licencing/updating issues with CCleaner for Android.

Aparently there is a new version which is meant to fix it:

I've installed the latest version, still doesn't work
