Cannot access manage subscription
I have been trying to manage my subscripton to turn off automatic renewals but system is not accepting my login using my license although I’ve sent my liense to my email 3x. Message “We are unable to find your license details right now.” How do I get this resolved?

On the CCleaner subscription management portal, you need to input your email address as well as your Cleverbridge reference number, which is a 9 digit number and is shown at the top of all CCleaner purchase confirmation emails.
