I have been using the free version of CCleaner for several years. I needed to re-install windows on my Lenovo laptop. I've been trying to re-install the free

version of CCleaner on the same laptop. I have tried several times and I continue to get the same error message. See below. What am I doing wrong. Thank you for any

Firstly what build number of Win 10 are you using?

Are you installing directly from the website, or are you downloading it to your downloads and THEN installing (better way)
