Hello. I recently purchased a 1-year subscription to CCleaner Professional Plus from your website, not the Google Play Store. This subscription covers 3 devices (PC, Mac, or Android). I am having trouble activating the Android version. When I open the app and go to “My Subscription” (via the hamburger menu), I am taken to an “Upgrade Now” screen, asking me to pay $26.99. Clicking this provides no option to enter my existing serial key. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (v. 24…
