I can’t download the driver Intel Smartsound Technology OED 20.40.12589.3 because I keep getting an error.
If your audio is working OK with the current driver then there is no real need to update the driver.
Just tell CCleaner to skip that version, or to ignore any further updates to that driver.
New driver versions are often to suit new hardware (hardware which you don’t have in your computer).
They may work with your older hardware, but not always and if you update then the audio may stop working.
In fact from reports on here problem are more likely to happen with updating audio drivers than with any other driver.
