The problem appears to be fixed on the official builds download page for the Portable .zip build, but there’s still an issue with the “Sunset” .exe installer.
The download button for CCleaner Portable v6.41.11566 is now correctly pointing to https://download.ccleaner.com/portable/ccsetup641.zip and is offering the correct ccsetup641.zip file. The direct download link <here> for the Portable build is also fixed and currently offers the latest ccsetup641.zip file.
The download button for the “Sunset” installer for CCleaner v6.41.11566 correctly points to https://download.ccleaner.com/sunset/ccsetup641_win7.exe, but clicking that button still results in a “NOT FOUND” error.

The Download button the official builds download page for the “Sunset” installer for CCleaner v6.41 no longer results in a “NOT FOUND” error, but it incorrectly re-directs to https://download.ccleaner.com/sunset/ccsetup640_win7.exe and downloads the previous ccsetup640_win7.exe installer.

Also note that the Download button on the official builds download page for the Portable ZIP file (ccleaner641.zip) file was updated today on 23-Jun-2026 and bundled executables are now v6.41.11567, not v6.41.11566. The CCleaner version history has been modified and a new v6.41.11567 release announcement has been posted to reflect the new version number and release date but there is no explanation why it was necessary to release v6.41.11567. Kudos to anon for posting about this in their post # 295 of stapp’s topic CCleaner v6 in the Wilders Security Forum.
From the ccleaner641.zip file I downloaded and unzipped yesterday (22-Jun-2026) on my removable USB stick after I deleted all unwanted files and folders …
… and from a fresh copy of ccleaner641.zip file I downloaded and unzipped today (23-Jun-2026).

The change from v6.41.1156 to v6.41.11567 was also part of the EU regulatory compliance so there was no need to add additional release notes about the change.

As of 24-Jun-2026 the official builds download page is downloading the correct 6.41.15667 version of the “Sunset” ccsetup641_win7.exe installer. Kudos to hazelnut for posting <here> today to let me know the download link was fixed by Avast / Piriform.
Download buttons are now delivering the latest 6.41.15667 versions of both the “Sunset” ccsetup641_win7.exe and Portable ccsetup641.zip so I’ll go ahead and mark this topic as Solved.
