Cannot Access Chat

I managed after a while to get onto chat last night, after 2 hours of waiting, it just cut off and ended the chat, since then all I get when I try to connect is:

Something went wrong.

Cannot sent a request. Please try again later.

All I want to do is to get a refund for an unauthorised auto renew (auto renew was turned off), and then close my account, why is it so frigging difficult all of a sudden, can anyone help me on this please?

I have tried again this morning as well and I still can’t get through to talk to anyone. It’s a joke. They won’t be getting any more money out of me. It’s a disgrace.

I have lodged a complaint with my bank, but that is not the point, I need to speak to someone to close my account, so no more money is taken in the future. Do you get the same error message as me when you try to connect to chat?

Lloyds have refunded me the money. They said if they don’t hear from the retailer or they can’t show the payment was correct I’ll keep it. Good luck to them trying to contact them because nobody can! I’ve sat for ages waiting on chat but nothing happens.

Have not even been able to get on for ages, been on now for only 15 mins

I’ve been waiting in the chat since 10am. I haven’t got the patience to wait any longer it’s a joke.

I did try all sorts to try to get connected, uninstall, install etc etc etc, this morning after I deleted the app and re-installed it, when I went to the help page, it said that we can connect you to chat, but the average waiting time is 4.5 hours, so clicked connect and got the error message again, kept trying to connect and finally connected, but have to go out in 30 mins
