Cannot access account for Subscription Management

I have been using CCleaner since 2021. My most recent license update was done in August 2024. Today I got a pop up about a 2-year license deal. I decided to check my license status before deciding to purchase a new 2-year license. I opened CCleaner and went to Options - License Key. It shows my license key and says I have 62 days left on my subscription.

I then clicked on Manage Subscription. This opens the Subscription Management webpage. I put in the email address I used and the Reference Number listed on my 2024 Invoice. I did notice that the Reference Number was different than the one listed for 2021 and 2022. I tried to log in using my email address and the most recent Reference Number. I also tried the old Reference Number. I keep getting a message that says " Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now.
Please [contact support] (this forum will not let me include the link in this post) for more information (and show them this message so they can help)".

I tried going to the contact link address but it says, " Something went wrong. Form is not available for your language!" I am in the US and my language is English so I doubt this is correct.

So now I am posting in this Help Forum (for Windows) asking why I cannot log into the Subscription Management page. I am running Windows 10 64 Pro v22H2 Build 19045.6159 and using the Chrome Browser which is up to date. I am using CCleaner Professional v6.38.11537 (64-bit).

Is the problem on my end or CCleaner’s end? Also, why do I have 2 different Reference Numbers. I don’t recall if I let the license I had in 2021 and 2022 lapse and then signed up for a new license, but maybe I did and this is why I have 2 Reference Numbers? Any assistance is appreciated.

The forum software prevents new members from posting weblinks or images until they have ‘interected’ with the forum for a while.

The ‘Manage subscription’ has been dodgy for a long while now and most end up having to contact support.

We do know what the issue with the contact form is though.
You are using the form here: CCleaner Support Community and it has a bug on the language dropdown.

You need to leave that language button alone altogether and just fill in in the form as it is first presented.
(You can fill it in in another language if wanted, just don’t try to change the language of the form itself).
If you try to select any language there other than the default “EN” it glitches and then refuses to work at all until you close your browser then reopen it again.

We have informed the staff, but it’s been like that for a long time and nobody seems interested in fixing it.

You should note that once you have raised a ticket (keep a note of the number that it gives you onscreen) support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.
