Hola, por favor deseo que se me deje sin efecto mi suscripción automática a CCleaner Plus. Quiero que se me avise mediante correo electrónico con anterioridad a mi renovación. Por lo que he leído es un poco difícil que se me atienda. Ya he visto que mucha gente pide lo mismo y no le contestan. Espero tener un poco más de suerte y de paso poder ayudar a solucionar los problemas de los demás.

You should be able to turn off the auto renewal by yourself from the big blue 'Manage Subscription' button.
If not then you will need to contact support, we have no access to licensing on this forum.
