It is completely unacceptable that you make it impossible to cancel the subscription through your program, or to interact meaningfully with your “Chat bot” social media. I have been trying for a week and I have emailed your customer support with no response. My subscription # is S45578715. My “clever”bridge reference number is 430765533. My expiration date is 1/17/2026. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND DISABLE AUTO-RENEWAL ASAP. And contact me in a method designed to communicate said action you have taken to meet my goals. Thank you.
I had the same problem. I’m disappointed that nobody from CCleaner has responded to help you. It just adds to the long list of reasons for my own cancellation. There are two links within the email that Cleverbridge sent you with your license number. One of the links is for Cancellation and the other for Customer Support. I clicked on the Cancellation link and was sent an email from CCleaner that contained a link for cancellation. After cancelling, my account only showed that my license was deactivated. Very different words. I then clicked on the link for Customer Service and submitted a form email requesting total and complete cancellation with no automatic renewal. I just did that a few minutes ago and haven’t received any confirmation from CCleaner. Hope this helps. Good luck…
Thanks for your reply. I did find that purchase email and look for a cancel link but there is none. Also, the manage subscription button brings me to a page showing all inactive products and no cancel link. Further, while I was writing you I got an ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL stating I just purchased CC Premium with the $30 Cashback swindle, which I most assuredly did not do. So now I will look forward to contesting this charge as a fraudulent one.
Sorry to hear that. I’m prepared to contest any future charges from CCleaner as well. They should prorate a refund upon cancellation, but I’m not holding my breath…
