Your software is good. It restored only the structure of some files, but your software lacks low-level processing of recovered files—it restored files that I already had access to. Also, the program says that the file quality is good, but in reality, the file doesn’t even open. It can recover some things, but if a file is well deleted or removed using an uninstaller, then Recuva finds it hard to restore it to its previous state. Additionally, if a video was of medium quality, then it is harder for Recuva to recover it. As I understand, if a video is of high quality, then restoring such videos is much easier.
