You will need to contact support for account issues.
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems strange to me, but that is what we have been told).
I am having the same problem. This company is infuriating. I have been a subscriber via PayPal for many years. The new interface is garbage and I wish to cancel. However, I cannot cancel because the reference number they literally JUST emailed me isn’t recognized and it says to click a link to contact support. The link takes me to a dead page.
I “solved” the problem just now by going into PayPal and de-authorizing them. The payment will fail next time, and they can waste time trying to chase it down. F*** ‘em.
That is the wrong webpage, it’s an older broken one where you cannot change the language,

I have spent 6 hours using the chat feature. I was never connected to an agent for assistance. Please help.

Our records show that the virtual agent is transferring you to a live agent and informing you that there may be a short delay in connecting. It appears that the chat is being ended before the live agent can join.
Please try our chat service again and remain connected until a live agent is available to assist you in resolving your issue.

Did you look at my access on 11/28? That was when I was on for up to 45min.I cannot access the chat now. Please advise.
