I am not exactly sure how to use this forum but the lack of any response from this company makes this necessary. On 21 Sep 2025 I was charged $66.90 for a renewal of my CCleaner subscription which is due to expire 21 Oct 2025. I was never notified prior that this would be done and is in violation of the company’s own guidelines. In my first message to the company a standard reply was sent and makes mention of a “Cleverbridge” number. After research I found a number but it pertained to the original purchase order from Oct 2024. I used that number in hopes it would help in this matter. It does nor and I question if Cleverbridge is even still affiliated with this company. To make matters worse, I cannot even access my profile information now. Originally I could and I tried to delete my credit card information and it would not let me. Since 21 Sep 2025 I have sent 5 emails about this subject and all I get is the canned auto response. I have used the website “message” 3 times and twice used the reply email from those responses. I had to actually request a users name to use this forum. But the looks of things I am not the only one dealing with this issue. If you are not going to have a live telephone number to talk to someone at least have an on-line real time chat option. I want to have my money refunded, my credit card information deleted and then any account closed, As this company is apparently no U.S. based I am not sure what making a complaint to the BBB would do. The last “ticket” response I received was 23747541.

We have recently moved to Live chat for all customers. Please contact our support team via the Contact Us page on our Help Centre using the same email address you used to make your purchase. Once you have clicked Submit, please click the Start Chat button so a live agent can assist you further.
Hi Laurence, this was the same page I used to submit my initial request for refund. If I were to submit again, would this not just put my refund further back into the queue? It has been over two weeks now without a response.
We recently launched Live chat for all customers, so by filling out the form now and clicking the Start chat button, you will start an interaction with an agent.
If you advise the virtual agent that you are looking for a refund and want to speak to a live agent, they will transfer you.
