I have a problem with my hidden file after use some software,it turn to anonymous name like this "?".
can i rename it?
I'm not quite sure what you mean, as I guess English is not your first language, but Recuva can not rename deleted files. If you want to remove those names use CCleaner's Wipe Free Space with Wipe MFT enabled.

Title says un-deleted. But the answer is the same, no Recuva cannot rename an un-deleted file either.

I suggest that you right click on this "?" file and select properties and post a screen shot so we understand the situation.
