can i delete these reg entries?

hi guys. i wanted to ask this: sometime ago i had to uninstall and reinstall my burning software. i wish to do some cleaning to the reg with CCleaner but i am a little afraid. in the issues area i get the reg entries and keys for the burning software.

my question is: is the newly installed software using the same old entries or when installed again does the system create brand new reg keys?

i have the same kind of indecision with open office.

CCleaners reg cleaner is generally very safe. You could clean those entries and make a backup of them when prompted, then if it causes a problem just restore the backup :)
