Can I delete this? I installed a windows update lately but somehow I couldn’t delete the upgrade log files from disk cleanup so I thought might as well use CCleaner
Yes you can delete those - They are not the Windows Update files though.
CCleaner hasn’t cleared Windows Update for a number of years now, since Microsoft changed the way that Windows side-by-side (Windows SXS) installs updates.
Stick with Disk Cleanup for clearing the Windows Update files.
It can take a long time because as well as removing update files it has finished using it re -organises and compresses the ones it still needs.
