Can a pc be scheduled to come out of hibernate or standby?

Thank You!

Apparently yes:

WakeUpOnStandby:

Didn't know this site, so I downloaded and scanned the simple exe file on Jotti, and it came up clean.

Thanks Dennis! So here is my plan: Using this little app I'll check in on the desktop via my notebook when I travel to the childrens homes. I haven't tested it yet but I'm assuming I might not be able to wake the desktop remotely. If I can't I'll just access it after scheduled wake ups with the app you linked. I'm sure I can put it back to Stand By. This way the pc won't be constantly running while away!

That Team Viewer looks pretty neat. I've been thinking about how easy or not it would be to control my sons pc when he's got one of his many problems.

He lives 300 miles away, so "I'll just pop over" doesn't work for me. :D

Edit: I've just noticed another small utility on that site, "Toff". I've often wanted to set the pc to power off after converting something that takes a while, and this little app looks to fit the bill.
