Oops, figured out you have to set it to include subfolders
Your CCleaner version is out of date, the current version is: 3.28.1913
Often updating to the current version will fix old bugs.
Do you have the 'Custom Files and Folders' boxed ticked in 'Cleaner->Windows->Advanced'? It has to be enabled for Custom Files and Folders to even work.
