Hi,
I get the following error when running ccleaner, I'm using the latest version and never had any probs before. Checked on the start menu, no firefox running when I do the sweep.

You need to be more specific
What is occuring when you have the crash? Are you opening the program? Closing it? Analyzing? Cleaning?
Please run ccleaner in debug mode
You can do this by opening a command prompt or Run box and typing
"C:\program files\ccleaner\ccleaner.exe" /debug
The " marks are important
Replace C:\Program Files\CCleaner with the location of your ccleaner exe if it differs
When this runs ( it may check for updates just ignore that) try to cause the crash. Then open the application folder (c:\program files\ccleaner or the location of the exe as described above) you'll find a log file and a dump file
please upload the ENTIRE log file as an attachment to this thread and hold on to the dmp file as the devs may ask for it.
I also get this (or similar) error message sometimes, pretty rarely though so can't recreate it "right now". Using latest & portable CCleaner (+Winapp2.ini).
Win7 64bit, not sure if got this error on XP PC.
