I recently had to reset my computer and lost c cleaner and now only have the free version instead of the professional copy I recently paid for can you please help me .
Just re-enter your key. Open CCleaner, click on 'About' (left hand side at bottom and then select 'Upgrade to Pro' and enter your key.
