By-passing windows UAC window ?

Is there a way in Win 7 Pro 64bit to eliminate the UAC pop up window when running either CCleaner or Defraggler ? I have tried running as administrator but still get the pop ups ?

Doesn't work very well when CCleaner runs at start-up...have to click the UAC window before I can continue ?

Thanks...TRinAZ

The only way to do this (AFAIK) is to shut off the UAC entirely, which is not something that's recommended.

Don't run CCleaner at startup, uncheck the box in Settings. Instead use Windows Task Scheduler to run CCleaner when you log-on. That will bypass the UAC permission window.

I had this problem in Vista and read somewhere to create a shortcut to the Scheduled Task as suggested by Majestic, and placing that shortcut in your startup folder. Also simply executing the Scheduled Task shortcut will not give you the UAC warning.
