CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

I am running a 64 bit Vista Ultimate SP1 in a RAID0 drive configuration. v2.19.901 'hangs up' at 32% while cleaning [seems to be when it's cleaning the recycle bin]. Any suggestions? TIA MDW
