I dont have opera on my pc I use firefox,but ccleaner shows opera in application and shows it's deleting none existing files. (Why)
If you used Opera before it could be detecting a left over registry key, or some application data. That's usually the case in "false detections" when the software is removed but leaves something behind as most do.

Never used opera it's never been on this pc only had microsoft's IE and firefox had this pc for 5 years and nobody else uses it.Been through all the files and nothing about opera.
Either way, it wont slow ccleaner down or make any difference to you. I would not worry about it
