Je viens de me réabonner au pack premium CCleaner et d'installer le VPN HMA. Je n'arrive pas à activer mon produit, car la clé d'activation que j'ai entièrement dû recopier du mail reçu est incorrecte. D'ailleurs, il est impossible de faire un copier-coller. J'ai dû entièrement la recopier.
je viens d'envoyer un mail à CCleaner qui m'a suggéré de poser une question sur ce forum dans sa réponse automatique.
Donc si vous pouvez m'aider, je vous en remercie.
Configuation PC Windows 10 et version gratuite d'Avira comme antivirus.

I'm not sure if you are saying you are having a problem with CCleaner itself or with the VPN?

As you are not using copy/paste (I'm not sure whey you say that you can't do that) then you need to be careful that you type it exactly the same.
A common error is mistaking numbers for letters, 2/Z, 5/S, 8/B etc.
I think though that you are talking about the HMA VPN.
I believe that your purchase confirmation for CCleaner Pro Plus with Premium should tell you about how to do that, and should include a weblink to HMA and a HMA Activation KEY.
