Browsers besides the big 3

I tried "grand paradiso" or whatever the beta for FF3 is called.

I guess it was ok, I didn't notice anything all that different from 2.

Stability wise I can't say much because I didn't really use it all that long.(I haven't had good luck with beta FF releases anyway. I remember being extreamly angry with Deer Park. :P)

Sounds like you shouldn't be surfing the web.

:lol: That would be a good tag line to tell people who constantly have their systems infected with malware!

i was using gran paradiso the day it came out for a good while, but eventually i missed the foxytunes extension, and some sites with pdf werent loading up.

apart from the big 3 (and those mods), I can only figure out several which are built upon their own engine,

icab (http://www.icab.de/): never used though

lynx (http://lynx.isc.org/): yes, still alive

konqueror (http://konqueror.kde.org/): only available on KDE (which means *nix based)

I've used a text based web browser (don't think it is lynx)

but is so unusual....yet it is still makes sense.

Ive never had a problem with with Firefox 2. In fact, I absolutely love it, and have the extensions I think are useful for me.

As for IE7, I also like it very much. Could use a few extensions that I have in Firefox, but whatever.

I may give Opera a try too after hearing you all talk about it. I had it a few years ago, but didnt really give it a chance.

real audio, has a browser. :)

same goes for songbird
