Bring Back Granularity To Registry cleaner

In the Obsolete software entry on ccleaner I have right clicked Obsolete Software and scanned. It told me three entries of the three two were still in use software

as you can see Dropbox (one of the entries) is definitely installed and RUNNING AT THE TIME. ASIO is a driver type for audio devices. I did not have the device connected so i can see it coming up obsolete but I still don’t want to erase it.
The Final entry I DO want to remove, it’s leftovers from a portable software.

In <7 this could easily be done by unchecking two and checking one. NOT in 7 it’s all or none. I can’t even do the way I don’t like, creating an exclude from the scan details.

Secondly five backups are not enough if one does each entry in reg cleaner one at a time.

A direct copy of this thread and a link to it has been sent to ideas portal, although I’ve yet to see, in the three versions of 7, any movement on that channel.
