i bought ccleaner pro package yesterday, and i havent received email confirmation.
i used auto form fill at the time and not sure which email populated requisite box.
obviously i cannot access pro edition without a product key, and i tried retrieving this using all my email ids and you confirm none of them are registered.
i have proof of payment.

The usual suspects for not receiving your licence key after a purchase would be:

Starting an offline payment process(such as PayPal, bank transfer, etc) and not competing it yet.

That your email client has unhelpfully spambucketed the receipt with the licence information (from no-reply@cleverbridge.com)

You may have mistyped your email address when you purchased, in which case your licence information may have gone into the void.
If you used a credit card (or you are certain that your PayPal transaction was completed) you may be able to recover your licence information using the self-service licence lookup form here: CCleaner.com - License Lookup - but be sure to use the same email address that you used to purchase with.
If none of that helps, you can contact customer support at support@ccleaner.com, preferably using the same email address that you used to purchase, and/or quoting your Cleverbridge reference number and they should be able to dig up your licence information. If you are not sure which email address you used to purchase with and you can't find your reference number, then if you give support your full name, the date of purchase, your country/state and payment method then they may be able to find you that way.

i have already tried license lookup; its not in spam, and if it was, license lookup would have found my registered email.
i didnt copy reference number down on screen as assumed email receipt.
it was auto generated form fillout - surprised if it was error.....and is there no validation of email?

As mentioned, if you supply your name and other details they can search for you that way, even if you cannot remember your email address. While we'll often have dozens of customers with the same name, they tend not to be in the same town buying on the same day, so they should be able to find you.

There's a bit of a rush on customer support after the Christmas lull. But if you emailed support yesterday afternoon then I would expect you to receive a reply some time this morning. If you no longer want CCleaner you can of course request a refund, and they would be able to locate your purchase record with the purchase details that you provided although, as previously mentioned, you should have your licence key in the next couple of hours.
