Botched Windows 10 Update ?

This article says that:

- the latest cumulative update makes one's Win 10 system slow (??????)

- There still could be a (small) bug in Win 10 and MS needs your help.

No problems here after the Win 10 update. Done 4 people's Win 10 machines with the update today without any issues.

(I've always had Cortana turned off anyway)
