Yep I see on BBC interview's with 2 eye witnesses that he ran into the tube station a car pulled up 3 armed non uniform police men they chased him he half chipped as he was about to enter the tube. 2 Police men then jumped on him and the other shot him 5 times. To me it sounds like a suicide bomber the eye witnesses said he was wearing think padded jacket on.
