when i was defraggler i chose pause for program and restart combuter when it open again tow driver like e: and d: has gone there amount and what was inside it it disappead completly

What OS are you using? 32 or 64 Bit? XP/Vista/7?

As best you can, try and describe what happens in more detail.
Can you boot your computer at all?
If so, can you get into "Safe Mode"? See here for XP "Safe Mode": (Scroll down for XP)
If you can't get into Safe Mode, are you getting any error messages, or blue screen?

Provide as much detail as you can, because your drives and the data they contain will not have gone. You just can't access them for some reason.
