Please state the "best freeware antispyware program" out there that you use and give some reasons as to why it is the best..
As for me I use three different ones...
-Ad-Aware SE Personal
-Microsoft Antispyware
-Spybot S&D

I use everything in my Anti-Malware package.
CWShredder, SpywareBlaster, MSAS, Ad-Aware Pro, Spybot, CCleaner, HijackThis.
But most of all I use my brain. It's the best for stopping malware infections.
Oops, forgot I got ewido too. /blames rridgely. Got me hooked on a nice program.
i am using pc-cillin i got it free so it is free for me.
btw it is not free

I use AdAware SE, Spybot S&D, BitDefender Pro AV/Firewall, and WinPatrol.
I had ZoneAlarm, but for some reason vsmon.exe would hang at startup and caused Windows to lockup, I had to uninstall it.

i dont get affected by spyware much. if i do i just use Process Explorer and kill everything, edit the registry and im done
If you have MSAS, then you might as well do away with WinPatrol, because whereas MSAS alerts you straight away, WinPatrol alerts you quite a bit later, when any alerts should already be done and dusted.

The way Sandboxie is working out I think I'll just keep Vet AV ,ZAP and Ewido as on demand,with Firefox as default.

"VnS14H" which works silently in the background. I have used it for 4-5 months and appears to work very well and contains no spyware or adware and is free.

Hi i use microsoft antispyware, CCleaner, Ad-Aware SE Plus, Ad-watch SE Plus, Yahoo Antispyware, WinPatrol 9.7 Pro. all genuine, not pirated, and all paid for to help to develop them more.
I don't like boasters who admit they steal it, they should do what microsoft do and that is make it so that you have to validate it before you can use it.
SpywareBlaster has got to be one of the best Spyware Protection softwares out there!!!!!!!
