Been nearly a month and no reply for a refund

I refunded on oct 5th, and today is oct 24th and no reply, I don’t want a offer I want my refund. Wondering if I got scammed or something.

I cancelled on the 9th Oct and still haven’t received anything. They don’t reply to my emails. Disgusting behaviour.
