BAD - V7.0.984.1153, I had to go back to v6.39

I just installed this to replace my version 6. It wont run correctly! It never finishes! If I stop the program, the next time I try to run it, it doesn’t do anything after I try to click scan! I’m back to using v6.39, thanks for making it available! PLEASE TELL US WHEN WE SHOULD TRY A NEW VERSION. PLEASE DO AN UN-UPGRADE VERSION THAT WORKS LIKE VERSION 6.

The latest release of V7 is really so bad that I will never update CCleaner past version 6.39. When my subscription expires in April, 2026 I will place this in the trash where it belongs. To charge 45 USD for this is really insane as there are many Free programs that do a far superior job. From what I have been reading on The Net, you people may be out of customers by 1.01.2026.

How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39

We now have numerous posts from users dissapointed with the new v7 and asking if/how they can roll back to v6.39. Whilst normally I would say that you should use the latest version that works on your machine I also believe that you should have the choice to roll back from a major feature update. Particularly if/when that update is flawed.
