I rceived a notice that my subscription is up for renewal. The renewal date is thirty days out. I canceled thirty days ahead of the due date. The same day that I canceled they billed my credit card (a full thirty days before the expiration date). When I call the 800 number it is only a recording. When I go online the only option for canceling is via email. They have so far ignored my emails. Online help says to open the options tab in CCleaner to manage my subscription so that I can cancel. There is no option for canceling available. I am disputing with the credit card department at the bank. Be careful with this product.
A bunch of theives.
Well, they have promise to refund me for the canceled subscription. Hopefully it will go through. I have tried to delete my previous comments but I am not finding a way to do that.

I have changed the title for you, and hidden your second post.
I have left your original post though - because you are right to complain that cancelling a subscription is not currently working as quickly or as smoothly as it should do.
I don't see my third post on this thread. I am okay with you deleting the other one. The third one said that the company has agreed to refund my money for which I am grateful. I also posted that I tried to delete my thread altogether but could not find a way to do so. By all means, you can delete it. I am satisfied. Or I will be once the money actually hits my bank account.
That one is still showing here, whether I am logged in or not. (of course it's now the second one, because what was second has been hidden).
