Auto renewal for the second time in two months

I see from the posts here that I’m not the only person being scammed by this.

I’ve logged a number of tickets requesting a refund following the second auto renewal in two months, but they appear to have gone to ground and are completely ignoring my requests. they’re probably hoping that I’ll forget about it and not chase the refund.

This is really not endearing me to Cleverbridge/Piriform. Scumbags!

Hi. I am surprised, I have two active licenses:

CCleaner Premium - 5 users 13 Dec 2025

But I only use the program on one PC. Please adjust the renewal amount payable upon expiration! Thank you! Viktor
