I was just charged as auto extension was active without my knowledge. I cant find anyway to change it and I noticed there should be a button for this and there is not. Its seems like quite a common problem. How do I fix it?
The button to let you manage it yourself does seem to have gone missing in the latest update.
You can do it they way that you had to before that button existed, email support@ccleaner.com and ask them to cancel your subscription auto renewal.

Already did but they seems to be slow with answeing me, Ill be patient.
Still no replay or any button visible on my application. I guess I dont have any other choice to block the supplier from my bank account and to find another software. Thank you CCleaner, you were fun while you lasted.
