I was auto-charged for the subscription to CCleaner Professional, but I am still getting a “Renew Licence” message. I did the “Send me my license details,” which shows only the expired key. I have sent messages to support twice and have received nothing, but we will look at it shortly email.
Any suggestions?
As it’s an automatic renewal then it should be the same key as before.
We have no access to subscription accounts here, so unless it starts working again after a while then I’m afraid it’s a question of waiting for support to reply. (And yes, we are aware that they are often taking weeks to reply).
I have tried both expired keys from the “Send me my license details” email. They are expired and don’t work. I was charged on 2/23/2024 and am still waiting for my keys to be renewed.
