I have included under options include a folder to be emptied.
Except that it doesn't empty when I run CCleaner.
So my usual question; what have I done wrong?

Welcome David.
Did you click on Custom Files and Folders at the bottom of the window?
Errrrrrrrrr, nope. But then I can't find the button.
The folder is on the page headed 'Custom files to delete and folders to empty'
David
It's located in:
The big Cleaner button->Windows->all the way at the bottom under Advanced->enable Custom Files and Folders.
Well there you go, easy when you know how
Thanks to all of you
Will entertain you with another idiot query soon
David
