Aready piad for the year but now saying it expires next month

I paid last in June but getting msg that it expires in 1 month. here is the ref number Your cleverbridge reference number:{removed for users security}. please someone from staff help me with this problem don't want to pay twice.

You will need to contact the support team for licencing issues, we can't deal with them on the open forum for obvious security reasons.

What you report can happen if you purchase a brand new key rather than renewing the old key, (eg. if you upgraded from Pro to ProPlus that would need a new key), it's the old key that is expiring not the new one.

Note that you no longer have to go Options > About > License Information as said there. (Although you can still do it that way).
