Sirs, How do I delete items from applications list on CCleaner?

Why you need to do that? Which items/applications?
Do you mean you have uninstalled some applications but they still show?
You can click delete entry to remove them from the list.
If you've uninstalled an item and it remains in the list, that may require some additional steps.
